The Best Things
Here's a really cute and easy card that sorta happened by accident. I was cutting for my prayer journal class and just quickly grabbed a piece of Calypso Coral cardstock, which I thought was a scrap, to cut out a flower from the Floral Frames Framelits. After I cut it, I realized it was a full card base that I had just wasted! No worries – I decided to turn it into a card.
I added some Calypso Coral Designer Series Paper to the inside of the card so that it peeks out then stamped the sentiment from Feel Goods stamp set in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed with Black Embossing Powder.
My card was oriented the wrong direction to tie the ribbon around the side so I just made a slit in the top with an Exacto Knife and slid the ribbons through. They're Calypso Coral 3/4" Chevron Ribbon and Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon.
