Stampin’ Up! products discontinuing

Big news today in the Stampin’ Up! world!  They have decided to retire the Stampin’ Trimmer as of June 3, 2019, including all accessories-replacement cutting blades, scoring blades, and cutting mats.  While the replacement cutting blades will also retire with the trimmer and will not be featured in the annual catalog, Stampin’ Up! has ordered a good supply of them.  But please know that they could go quickly as people want to stock up before they’re completely gone. If you have a Stampin’ Trimmer and want to continue to enjoy its use, I’d suggest ordering cutting and scoring blades and cutting mats now before there is any danger of not getting them.
 
Stampin’ Up! has also decided to no longer carry the Big Shot.  Once the supply of them is exhausted, they will no longer be able to be ordered.  If you don’t have a Big Shot yet, now’s the time!  In fact, I’m hearing from customers who decided to join my team as a demonstrator and take the Big Shot as part of their starter kit.  Stampin’ Up! WILL offer new dies and embossing folders in the 2019-2020 annual catalog as they take the time to develop a new machine and get it right for you rather than rush something to market.  There will be no die-cutting machine in the 2019-20 annual catalog, but stay tuned as we announce what it will be replaced with!

New Stampin’ Up! Rotary Addition

Rotary Cutting card

Look closely at the three strips of cardstock down the left side of the card.  They've all been cut with the brand new Small Scallop Stampin' Trimmer Rotary Cutting Blade used with the Rotary Addition to the Stampin' Trimmer.

  • Color scheme is Smoky Slate, Pistachio Pudding, Strawberry Slush and Daffodil Delight.
  • I brought back an oldie but goodie stamp set for this card – Embellished Events.  This is a great all-purpose set, with 6 image stamps and 6 sentiments included.
  • Love the arrow paperclip from Cute Clips package, tied up with coordinating ribbons.

Stampin' Up! has put together a video showing how to use all the rotary accessories – please watch!

Here are two of the blade cartridges you can purchase –  Small Scallop Blade (pictured on right) and the Tiny Wave Blade (pictured on left).  I put a quarter in the picture so you could see how fine and delicate the cuts are – so pretty!
