Valentine’s Day treat and NEW stamp set released
Couldn’t get a good picture of this clever Valentine’s Day treat, but I wanted to share it with you anyway. Are you like me and creating your last-minute Valentine’s Day gifts? Then whip up some of these darling candy treats. It’s so cute and uses Stampin’ Up!’s 1″x6″ Cello Bags. Make a cute topper from any one of our heart stamps and punches and fill with some sweet candy hearts. A friend made this for me, so I’m not certain of the supply list, but it could be easily replicated with many of our current products.
And introducing February’s Stamp Set of the Month – Lovely Amazing You!
Here are a couple of really cute samples using this brand new set.

Love in a different color
Here’s a stamp set you haven’t seen in the new Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog called Snuggles & Smooches. That’s because it was added to the Stampin’ Up! offerings in December as a new photopolymer release. Tap on the photo of this great stamp set below to view all of the images. This set has so many elements and so many possibilities. Here I’ve used 3 stamps from the 12-stamp set – the “love” and the two hearts.
- How do you feel about a non-traditional color scheme for Valentine’s Day? I was getting a bit tired with working with reds and pinks, so I thought I’d give this a try – Pear Pizzazz, Tempting Turquoise and Rich Razzleberry.
- The Pear Pizzazz background banner is run through the Big Shot using the Lovely Lace Embossing Folder, new to the 2014-15 Annual Catalog back in July. So pretty!
- The large heart from the Snuggles & Smooches stamp set coordinates with the Sweetheart Punch for a quick punched image. I used my Paper Snips to snip out the small heart by hand.
- I added a Tempting Turquoise Candy Dot from the Brights Collection.
And as promised, here are the results of the stamp giveaway that I announced HERE. I used a random name generator, plugged in the names of the people who left comments, and our winner is . . .
