FOUR new Sale-A-Bration Products Added
That’s right! Stampin’ Up! has added FOUR new products to the free gifts that you can earn during Sale-A-Bration! Starting Sunday, March 1st, you can choose one of these new gift for every $50 for that you order. (Other Sale-A-Bration gifts are also still available.) Sale-a-bration ends March 31.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Stampin’ Up! is experiencing quality issues with the Blendabilities markers. Except for the Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad (item #132708) and the Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad Refill (item #133456), all item numbers have been turned off; this includes Blendabilities Sale-A-Bration item numbers. At this time, backorders for Blendabilities will not be fulfilled. I know it is disappointing, but we will wait to hear from Stampin’ Up! as to what the problem is and when it might be rectified. I will share more information as it comes in.

Something to Say and I Like You
I have a quick & Easy card for you today – something you can create in just a few minutes, but I think it packs a punch! Unfortunately, there are many times these encouraging words could be a comfort to those around you – sympathy, illness, any of life’s challenges.
- I’ve combined three stamp sets – Something to Say for the beautiful sentiment, I Like You (a hostess-exclusive stamp set) and Party Pennants, a stamp fro the July 2013 Paper Pumpkin kit for the Old Olive background behind the sentiment.
- I know you’re waiting patiently (or not!) for the release of the Stampin’ Up! Blendabilities Markers! Let me tell you, they’re worth the wait! There’s never been an easier way to color in images! I used Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, Coastal Cabana and Daffodil Delight to color in my pretty flower image. I created another card using the same stamp and color scheme HERE. Word on the street is that they should be available later in June or possibly into July, so sit tight – they’re coming!

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Blendabilities, coupled with an adorable brand new stamp set and pretty designer paper, to create this card. I’m still getting used to my Blendabilities, and I’m sure I’ll get better, but I wanted to share for a couple of reasons. First, they are SO much fun! Finally, let me take a few moments to tell you more about this card.
- I’ve begun this card by choosing the Lullaby Designer Series Paper. This paper is definitely not just for babies like you might first think. There are 12 beautiful prints that can be used for babies, of course, but also for all your paper-crafting needs. I’ve cut four strips measuring 4″x3/4″ and arranged them on a base of Pistachio Pudding cardstock.
- Now for some stamping! This cute image (although somewhat anorexic in my opinion!) is from In This Together stamp set, a fun one for coloring and is perfect for showcasing the Blendabilities markers! Be sure to stamp with Memento Ink. I’m still getting used to the shading with these fantastic markers, but as you can see, even the novice can be successful. I’ve used the Coastal Cabana Blendabilities Trio for shading the dress, and the Skin Tone Assortment of Blendabilities colored in the skin and hair.
- Both the card base and the flower accent are Hello Honey cardstock – the flower is punched out with our tried and true Boho Blossoms Punch, still a favorite! A Rhinestone completes the center.
