Oh, my! I just found this post in my drafts! I thought for sure I had sent this out, but apparently didn't. So sorry, gals – you had an awesome February.

What a spring-like color combination – Pretty in Pink, Baja Breeze, Pear Pizzazz with a touch of Rich Razzleberry. This card would also be perfect for Easter – simply change the sentiment stamped on the front. I began by using the Textured Impressions Embossing Folder Framed Tulips. I can't get enough of this gorgeous embossing folder! It's so versatile and is the perfect backdrop for almost any card. The stamped image is from A Flower for All Seasons. I've watercolored the image using Stampin' Write Markers and an Aqua Painter – the key here is to use Watercolor Paper. And not just any brand! I tried this technique with non-Stampin' Up! watercolor paper and it doesn't work! The Stampin' Up! watercolor paper is a high quality that will ensure your little pictures look like works of art! No "skimping" here! I lined up some paper-piercing perfectly using the Mat Pack and Paper Piercing Tool and added a twist of Rich Razzleberry 5/8" Satin Ribbon for some pop. The sentiment is from A Word For You – just marker the part of the stamp you want to use.
