By the Tide congrats
THE COUNTDOWN BEGINS! There's less than a week until the lists come out on retiring accessories and stamps. On April 24th, Stampin' Up! will let us know which accessories and stamps are going to be gone forever! Then you'll have until June 3rd to get what's on your wish list! I'm interested in what you think – leave me a comment and let me know which stamp set(s) you think will retire. I'm thinking maybe we'll see Printed Petals leave and maybe Forever Young. Do you agree?
I made this card for my downline team members for the Top 5 sales people and recruiters. I was itching to use the By the Tide stamp set – such pretty images!
- Color scheme is Very Vanilla, Pool Party, Soft Suede (looks kind of dark in the photo), Certainly Celery and Calypso Coral.
- Designer paper from Tea for Two pack – love the polka dots!
- Soft Suede card stock is cut with the Tasteful Trim Die and the Big Shot, hopefully to look like waves or sand or something "beachy"!
- Circle is cut out with the 3" Circle Die and the Big Shot, then stamped with 3 of the images from By the Tide.
- I used Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint applied with a paint brush over top of the shell to give it a pearlized effect.
- Certainly Celery Taffeta Ribbon is oh, so pretty – and will retire soon, so get yours while you can!
