Bermuda Bay trio of cards
Bermuda Bay is one of my favorite new core colors that Stampin' Up! added this month. It is part of the Brights Collection, and man, did that collection change for me once this stunning color was added! It was the "teal" that we were missing! And to show you all how much I love this fun new color, I've created three cards using only Bermuda Bay and Whisper White to really show it off!
- There are now Color Collection designer papers for each and every color and in fresh, modern prints!
- I've used a wonderful new hostess-exclusive stamp set called Simply Sketched to create this simple but effective card.
- Stamping in VersaMark ink and using Black Embossing Powder gives the bird a little lift and enables me to watercolor with my Bermuda Bay stamp pad and Aqua Painter more easily.
- Circles are cut with the Big Shot and the new Circles Collection Framelits.
- The sentiment is also from Simply Sketched – with this, a sympathy and a happy birthday sentiment, it's so versatile.

- This card measures 5-1/4"x5-1/4" to give me some more room to design. I wanted to see a lot of that pretty designer paper!
- Gifts of Kindness is the featured stamp set here. It includes one decorative image (the polka dot flowers) and lots of sentiments for both outside and inside your cards.
- I've tied the polka dots in the flower and in the designer paper with the Polka Dot Embossing Folder used on the Whisper White background.

- Last up I've used a favorite stamp set called Creative Elements. There are truly so many different elements in this stamp set to coordinate with each other.
- The butterfly is cut out with my paper snips – no punch available for this particular butterfly!
- The thank you sentiment is stamped with VersaMark and heat embossed with White Embossing Powder so you can really see it on the Bermuda Bay cardstock.
- My new favorite accessory? Candy Dots, hands down! And we have them in all the core colors, so it's easy to match them up with your project.
