Autumn Splendor
Here's a card I created using the Autumn Splendor stamp set from last year's mini catalog (and this year's Idea Book & Catalog). I used it so much last year then promptly forgot about it as this Fall began. It works so well for this cascading border done in Rich Razzleberry, More Mustard, Old Olive and Early Espresso. The base of the card is Very Vanilla card stock, although it doesn't show up well in my photo. I ran a piece of Rich Razzleberry card stock through the Big Shot with the Lattice Square Textured Embossing Folder. To create a beautiful backdrop for the sentiment I simply inked up one of the leave stamps in More Mustard Classic Ink, then stamped first on a piece of scrap paper then onto Very Vanilla card stock in order to make it a little lighter. The sentiment from Just Believe is then stamped over the leaves in Early Espresso Classic Ink. A Rich Razzleberry button from the Brights Designer Buttons tied with some Linen Thread and held on with a Mini Glue Dot completes this simple yet effective card.
