Creative Elements Birthday

Today I'm sharing another birthday card I received from a very talented team member, Kristin Springer.  Kristin used Creative Elements stamp set to create her beautiful card.  Love everything about this one – the torn edges, sponging, and the pearl and Antique Brad accessories.  Kristin even stamped the flower 3 times then cut out the different sized layers and stacked them together.  So pretty!

Mixed Bunch Birthday

Congratulations to my Team Members – December 2011

A sincere "From the Heart Stampers" congratulations goes out to the top sales people on my team for the month of December – you ladies rock!  And here's the special card that I made them:

This card features Bordering on Romance, a beautiful new stamp set in the Occasions Mini.  The main image is made with the Ovals Originals Die and the Big Shot.  Don't forget to use an Embossing Buddy over the card stock before you begin stamping.  Rub it gently across the paper to prevent those nasty stray pieces of embossing powder from sticking where you don't want them.  I stamped in VersaMark ink, sprinkled on some Black Embossing Powder and heat set it with my Heat Tool.  Then the flowers are colored in with an Aqua Painter and ink from the stamp pads – Wisteria Wonder, Lucky Limeade and Island Indigo.  Wisteria Wonder card stock is run through the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder.  The pretty ribbon is part of a ribbon and brad bundle coming your way with Sale-a-Bration on January 24th – earn it free with a $50 order!  Includes ribbon in Lucky Limeade and Calypso Coral and 3/8" Printed Designer Brads.

Dare to Dream

This beauty was made by team member Nicole Bertrand to celebrate my $100,000 career sales mark in December.  Isn't it gorgeous!  She used lots of brand new Occasions Mini Catalog products.  Stamp sets are Apothecary Art and Loving Thoughts.  Loving Thoughts is a wonderful sentiment stamp set containing 11 different sentiments that fit perfectly with a few different stamp sets in the Occasions Mini.  And the stamps in Apothecary Art line up with and are cut out by the new Labels Collection Framelits Dies.  She also used Twitterpated Designer Series Paper as well as Baja Breeze 3/8" Pleated Satin Ribbon.  So pretty and so thoughtful!

Congratulations to my Team Members – October 2011

A sincere "From the Heart Stampers" congratulations goes out to the top sales people on my team for the month of October!  We also had an AMAZING month with 12 new team members joining our group in October (and 4 more in November)!  You ladies rock!  And here's the special card I made them.

With the pretty prints in the Timeless Portrait Designer Series Paper, it's easy to create beautiful color combinations!  Here I've used River Rock, Cherry Cobbler and Not Quite Navy.  Although the suggested color for the designer paper is Island Indigo, the darker shade of blue gives this card a more vintage look.  I've also used a snip of Newsprint Designer Series Paper sponged with Crumb Cake Classic Ink.  Sentiment is from Perfectly Penned and includes some Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon.  Don't forget a bit of bling with Rhinestones!

In October, I was pleased to welcome 12 new lovely ladies to my Stampin' Up! team of From the Heart Stampers!  And so far in November, 4 more ladies have joined us!  Here's a special card I made to send to each of them.  It starts with Wisteria Wonder card stock and Berry Blossoms Designer Series Paper.  Corner rounding with our 3/16" Corner Punch can really perk up a card!  The little flower is one of my most used punches – Boho Blossoms.  With three different sized flower choices, it always seems perfect for any card!  In the center is a Lucky Limeade Designer Printed Brad - oh, so pretty!  And another great punch – Decorative Label Punch – frames the sentiment from Workshop Words stamp set very nicely.  The final accent is Wisteria Wonder 3/8" Ruffled Ribbon – yum!

Here are the last couple of Christmas card swaps I have to show off!  This is an "oldie but goodie" stamp set called Loads of Love.  It's been around quite awhile, but it's still a wonderful stamp set.  Pat S. created this as her very first ever swap as a new demonstrator – so nice!

And here's a darling card by Kim K., also a brand new member on my From the Heart Stampers Team.  She used Polar Party stamp set, along with some gorgeous Silver Glimmer Paper and the Northern Flurry Textured Embossing Folder.  So pretty!

I was giving out these cards at our Oktoberfest weekend retreat, so I wanted to keep with the circus theme.  The red and white star designer paper from Big Top Birthday Designer Series Paper pack was perfect for my sales stars!  But I couldn't stop there – I cut out two size of stars using the Stars #2 Die with the Big Shot die-cutting machine and Red and Silver Glimmer Paper, holding them together with a Tempting Turquoise Glimmer Brad from the Brights collection.  The Daffodil Delight card stock is run through the Big Shot using the Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  Stampin' Write Markers direct to the rubber stamp create our "you're a star" sentiment from Workshop Words stamp set, and a few Basic Rhinestones give even more bling.
