Last group of swaps

Here are the last 3 swaps I'd like to share with you – lots of terrific ideas for using Occasions Mini Catalog stamp sets!

This pretty monochromatic wedding card is from Michelle Bertrand; she used Love & Laughter stamp set along with Pool Party and Island Indigo card stocks and inks.  Background gets dolled up with the Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, and a couple of Pearls complete this classy card.

Here's a beautiful card created by Nicole Bertrand.  She used Apothecary Art stamp set, along with Sale-A-Bration Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper and Ribbon.  Love the coordination of the stamp set and the Labels Collection Framelits Dies – layering them creates this beautiful border around the main image.

Last but certainly not least is a pretty wedding card from Sharon Vickery.  Sharon's used the Bird Builder Punch along with the stamp set Loving Thoughts to create this beauty.

March Birthdays

There were so many birthdays in March – I ended up making quite a few of these and sending them to customers and friends.

Happy Birthday and Doily Die Background

Lots and lots of interest in this card by Sheila Edwards, a friend and team member!  And so many wonderful products from the Occasions Mini Catalog! 

• Cut out scrap card stock using Paper Doily Die then use it as a stencil for the background
• Bottom edge was cut using Adorning Accents Edgelits Die then embossed with Adorning Accents Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and stamped with coordinating Bordering on Romance stamp set
• Twitterpated Designer Series Paper has the prettiest prints, two of which are used on this card
• Pearl accent in the upper corner gives an extra touch of elegance
• Sentiment comes from the main catalog, a very versatile set called Perfectly Penned

Love, love, love this birthday card I received from my daughter – oh, so pretty!  Lots going on here and lots of new product from the Occasions Mini Catalog!

• Color scheme is Concord Crush, Wisteria Wonder, Pool Part, Crumb Cake and Whisper White
• Background piece is run through the Big Shot with Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder
• Wisteria Wonder piece is cut with the Big Shot and Paper Doily Sizzlits Die
• Main image is stamped with Apothecary Art stamp set and cut out with Labels Collection Framelits Die and colored with Stampin' Write Markers

Blossom Punch Birthday

Here's a pretty birthday card featuring the new Blossom Punch, used as the focal point of the card with Beau Chateau Designer Paper.  I've also stamped 3 additional Blossom Punch pieces then run them through the Big Shot with the Polka Dot Embossing Folder and used them as a background image.  Color scheme is Pink Pirouette, Pool Party, Lucky Limeade and Early Espresso.  Not a lot of stamping on this one, just the sentiment from Happiest Birthday Wishes, a hostess-exclusive stamp set you can earn with an order or a workshop of $150 or more.  Something fun to try is layering two different colors and styles of ribbon on your card – in this case, Early Espresso 1/8" Taffeta and Lucky Limeade 3/8" Ruffled Ribbons.

Today I'm sharing another birthday card I received from a very talented team member, Kristin Springer.  Kristin used Creative Elements stamp set to create her beautiful card.  Love everything about this one – the torn edges, sponging, and the pearl and Antique Brad accessories.  Kristin even stamped the flower 3 times then cut out the different sized layers and stacked them together.  So pretty!
